What happens after a verified request
Your Bookora account, profile, active sessions, access rights, AI-credit balance, and ordinary account-linked AI records.
Original EPUB and FB2 files and reading data stored locally on your device. Delete these separately from your phone if you no longer want them.
A limited record of purchases and refunds is kept for six years after the end of the relevant calendar year. Direct account details are removed, and the record cannot restore your account or be used for marketing.
Encrypted Google Play purchase proof is kept while a subscription is active or a payment must be checked, and for no more than 180 days after it ends.
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. A legal dispute or investigation may delay deletion only for the necessary record.
